1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the All That by Kealani website, forms, booking services, and messaging programs. By using the website, submitting a form, or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the separate Booking Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the website or book a service.
2. SERVICES
All That by Kealani provides customized facials, esthetic services, waxing services, and optional enhancements. Services, pricing, descriptions, durations, availability, and promotions may change. Current information shown during booking controls at the time of booking. Services are cosmetic and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
3. BOOKING, CARD, AND PAYMENT
A valid payment card is required to reserve an appointment. Payment information is handled through approved third-party processors. Charges must be clearly disclosed and approved during booking or payment. Do not add a deposit, cancellation fee, no-show charge, liquidated damages, or card-on-file charge unless Kealani separately approves the exact policy and it is updated consistently in the booking system and Booking Policies.
4. BOOKING POLICIES
Appointments are subject to the separate Booking Policies at /booking-policies. Those policies address card requirements, new-client arrival, late arrivals, cancellations and rescheduling, health and safety, and guests.
5. ADD-ONS
Add-ons should be selected in advance whenever possible so sufficient time can be reserved. Enhancements requested during an appointment depend on available time and cannot be guaranteed. Kealani may recommend options after discussing the client's skin goals.
6. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Clients must disclose relevant allergies, medications, skin sensitivities, recent treatments, medical conditions, and other information that may affect a service. Waxing clients should disclose retinol, prescription skincare, and sensitive skin. Kealani may modify, postpone, or decline a service when reasonably necessary for health or safety.
7. TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM
Program name: All That by Kealani Text Messaging Program.
Users may separately opt in to appointment-related texts such as confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, and service updates. Users may also separately opt in to promotional texts such as offers, announcements, availability updates, and events.
Service-message consent and promotional-message consent must be collected separately.
By selecting an SMS consent checkbox and submitting a mobile number, the user agrees to receive recurring automated text messages from All That by Kealani for the specific category selected.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. A final confirmation may be sent. Reply HELP for assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Email may be used for appointment information, customer support, service communications, or marketing where permission has been provided. Promotional emails must include an unsubscribe option. Operational appointment messages may still be sent when necessary.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website may use third-party providers for scheduling, CRM, payments, forms, hosting, analytics, email, and SMS. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy practices. All That by Kealani is not responsible for independent platform outages or failures.
10. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with forms or booking systems, submit false information, copy protected content for commercial use, or use the site unlawfully.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The All That by Kealani name, logo, website design, writing, graphics, and photographs are owned by or licensed to the business and may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission.
12. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Skincare experiences and results vary. Website and social content are for general information and do not guarantee a particular result.
13. CHANGES
These terms may be updated when services, practices, technology, or law change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by applicable Nevada law.
